The Observatory is an Educational Institution, Free and Open to the Public.

  Dedicated to all persons of all ages and especially the young to inspire and enhance their educational experiences, and to children from all Scouting Organizations.

  Dedicated to all who desire to look through a telescope and see the majesty of the heavens.

  Dedicated to persons who desire to learn to operate a telescope, astrophotography, their way around the heavens, and for the Scouts who wish to earn their Merit Badges.
